We had an amazing time with spacious suites that comfortably accommodated my family of four, including two young kids. The kitchenette was well equipped, making meal prep easy. Plus, the pool facilities were a hit with everyone!

My wife says that the check-in process was confusing and could be smoother for families.

Good vibes, but a few hiccups

We spent 2 nights here and while the location is super convenient, our room was a bit of a letdown. The pictures led us to expect a full kitchen, but we only got burners. Breakfast was weak too—just bagels and fruit salad. On the bright side, the staff were friendly, which made the stay nicer.

great access to parks and waterfront attractions for city strolls

During my stay, I really enjoyed being just a short walk from the beautiful Gull Lake Rotary Park and the scenic Muskoka Steamships, which made it easy to explore the area and enjoy the waterfront views.

My stay at Residence Inn was a delight! The charming views of Lake Muskoka from my balcony added to the experience, though the breakfast offerings could have been more substantial. The cozy atmosphere and spacious layout made it a wonderful retreat for a couple like us.

The views from our balcony overlooking the lake were absolutely stunning and made my stay so enjoyable. The spacious common areas were easy to navigate and created a cozy atmosphere for relaxing after a day out. I did think there could have been more seating in the common areas, but overall, everything else was fantastic. It felt like a home away from home during my two-night stay.
